RF Creations is actively seeking to recruit a technical sales engineer to promote & market versatile, low-cost production test equipment.
Based in Cambridge, we’re growing fast in the RF test, measurement and monitoring field. We don’t like micromanaging, meaningless buzzwords and corporate bureaucracy; we value individuals who we can trust to know what’s best and work hard on their own initiative. Every member of the RF Creations team plays a crucial part in the development of the company and knows that their work makes a tangible impact every day.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining our relationships with customers and distributors, providing product demonstrations and presentations, technical support, preparation for upcoming product launches and reporting any feedback to the marketing department. You’ll work both in and out of the office, at St. Johns Innovation Centre, working on our long-term marketing strategy and establishing a close relationship with our customers.
Previous experience working in B2B sales is essential, along with either a degree-level qualification in engineering or significant prior experience in this field. You need to be a self-starter who isn’t afraid to make decisions and trust their own judgement. If you haven’t worked in the RF field before, you’ll need to be willing to quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry and the technical side of things.
Ideally, qualifications and/or experience in the RF industry specifically would be preferred, but are not essential. Technical sales experience would also be a big help.
Since the role involves travel, a full UK drivers’ licence is required, along with the right to live and work in the UK. Unfortunately we’re not able to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
